Where We’ve Been & Where We’re Going
You can check out our ‘About Me’ section to get a better understanding of our beginnings in real estate, but to make it quick, Phil and I got into this business to help people. We have always had a small hand in the real estate and construction industries and wanted to put our skills to good use while helping people make, often, the most important purchases and decisions of their lives. What a treat to be able to be a guide and a leaning post to our clients and community in this way.
Philip and I started our team, CenTex Home & Ranch Team powered by Fathom Realty, LLC, last year in 2022 without really knowing the game plan or what we wanted our team to become. We wanted to focus on our clients and our marketing and see where the tide would take us. We had an amazing year in 2022, getting to help a wonderful bundle of people buy, sell and invest in properties from Austin to Waco and everywhere in between. Jump to now, the beginning of 2023 – our client list continues to grow and our team is currently expanding! We just onboarded our first teammate, who I want to introduce, and we are very excited and energized to grow together and hopefully recruit other teammates to run alongside us.
Meet Bailey Ross! He is local to Belton and is a UMHB alum. He has a beautiful family, comprised of a wife and two adorable kiddos. He has been in the business a few years and treats his clients with much attention and respect. We like the way he rolls and are pumped he chose to join us and the Fathom Realty family!
